Method:
Go to VIP and walk north-west to the teleporters. Go up the stairs three times and you will find the teleporter
that leads to the Quest.
Note: You will need 3 Achievments to pass the first, and level 280 to pass the second door. 
Now you will have to follow the path until you find 2 teleporters. Simply take one of them.
Be prepared to fight:
Two Orshabaal and a Ferumbras past the teleporter
Note: In order to make the Teleporter near the sign appear, you will have to kill the Ferumbras.
Now you will have to follow the road to the right until you reach another teleporter, facing various creatures such as:
Juggernaut, Phantasms, Hellfire Fighters, Demons, and Destroyers.
Be prepared to fight
4 Orshabaals and a Morgaroth past the teleporter.
Note: In order to make the Teleporter near the sign appear, you will have to kill the Morgaroth this time.
Be prepared to fight
6 Orshabaals and a Devovorga upon the next teleporter.
Note: In order to make the Teleporter near the sign appear and proceed to the reward room, you will have to kill the Devovorga this time.
Now you just have to enter the teleporter to get to the reward room. Proceed walking to the north in order to claim it.
