Method:
Go to VIP and walk north-west to the teleporters. Go up the stairs five times and you will find the teleporter
that leads to the Quest.
Note: You will need level 400 to pass the door.
After entering the quest, head to the north, where you will have to face a bazir and some banshees, until you reach a ladder.
Head up the ladder, and you will be faced with a Dabura some Demons and an Orshabaal.
After killing it, head to the south-east where you have a Daitya waiting for you
After killing it, follow the way to the east and then all the way to the north, fighting your way through some orshabals, demons, and an Apocalypse at the north.
After killing it, continue by following the road to the west.
After going as far to the west as you can, you will be challanged with a Infiltrator. Kill it and head to the south then.
A bit to the south, there will be an Ashe waiting for you,
followed by a blastoise to the south west
and two Cercei Baratheon to the south.
Now you have reached three teleporters, take the one to the north / blue one
Head up the stairs and follow the way to the west then to the north, having a Verminor and several Demons waiting for you.
Continue by following the way to the north then north east - fighting your way through several Demons, a Khal Drogo
followed by a Charizard.
After killing the charizard, head to the south-east, where you have a Vayne waiting for you.
Note: Dont head to far to the north-east, or you will also have to fight a Daitya.
After killing the Vayne, head to the south east and enter the teleporter.
Past the teleporter, you will have several demons and an Ushuriel waiitng for you.
Simply kill them and continue heading to the south east until you see Michaels cage.
By going in the teleporter to the south, you get to fight him in his cage.
You have to kill him now in order to make the teleporter for the reward room appear.
