Getting the Addon Once you obtained all the items: Go to the NPC Addon Maker in thais temple. Say 'Hi', 'First pirate addon', 'Yes'.
Second Pirate Addon (Hat)
Required Equipment 1 ron the ripper's sabre 1 deadeye devious' eye patch 1 lethal lissys's shirt 1 brutus bloodbeard's hat Recommended locations to loot the required item: All of these bosses spawn at the same spot on the top of the shattered isle Nargor.

Getting the Addon Once you loot ron the ripper's sabre, deadeye devious' eye patch, lethal lissys's shirt and brutus bloodbeard's hat: Go to the NPC Addon Maker in thais temple. Say 'Hi', 'Second pirate addon', 'Yes'.
