The Hidden Poison Ivy spawn can be accessed in two ways:
The first one is through the Poison Ivy Teleporter on the top floor in VIP.
The second one is through the secret entrance, far west of Carlin, here:

Note:It requires level 300+ to pass the door to the bosses.
