Method:
First, after obtaining the Required amount of Demonic Essences, you have to get yourself 3 Small Diamonds and an Orichalcum Peal.
You can buy the Small Diamonds from NPC Hanna, who is located east of the Thais Manashop NPCs.
You can buy the Orichalcum Pearls from NPC Angus, who is located east of Port Hope depot, here:
After that you can start the quest.
Go to the Plains of Havoc Temple and walk to the south. Then enter the hole that leads to the Knightwatch Tower.
Follow the path to get to the Knightwatch Tower.
Head up the stairs, and take the teleporter to the Realm of Dreams
(Note: You need an Orichalcum Pearl in order to enter this teleporter)
Now you have to follow the path, and take the teleporter to the left
and keep going until you find the npc The Bone Master.
Talk the the npc, saying Hi - Join - Yes in order to join The Brotherhood of Bones
(Note by doing so, you will not be able to obtain the Nightmare Addon anymore!)
After that, talk to the npc, saying
advancement - yes | 3 times
in order to give your Demonic Essences to the NPC and get promoted to the Rank of Dread Lord.
Now you have to proceed to the Room on the left and place a small diamond on each coal basin
and pull the three levers in order to gain the 3 Documents.
After using the 3 Documents you received, you will gain both Brotherhood Addons.
